- Why I specialize in trauma
- Ever since I was a little kid, I realized I was able to stand in people's darkest moments without being shaken. I wanted to be the person who could support them through whatever they needed. If you've ever gone through a trauma, you might know that feeling of being isolated and alone, even in a room full of people who love and care about you. That's a heavy burden, and I never wanted people to have to carry it. So I sought out the education I needed to become a trusted professional outside of someone's inner circle, a space where you can let your guard down, share your story, and really start a journey of healing.
- How I create a safe, supportive environment
- I believe you are the absolute expert of your own life and experiences. Because of that, I follow your lead. I trust in you, and we work collaboratively throughout the whole therapeutic process. I will gently push you when it's needed to help you grow, but you are the one in the driver's seat.
- What I want to help members see in themselves
- A huge part of my work has been helping people find their footing and rediscover who they are after trauma. My only goal is to help you find your hope and that inner spark of life again, so you can gain the healing you deserve.
- My message to you if you are struggling right now
- If you've ever felt isolated and alone, even surrounded by people who love you, I want you to know you don't have to carry that. You deserve healing, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey. Taking this step takes real bravery. I'm glad you're here.
