- Why I specialize in trauma
- It's very important to me that you understand your responses to trauma make sense, and that recovery is achievable. My connection to this work comes from a genuine commitment to support people through some of life's most difficult experiences. That's what drew me to trauma, and it's what keeps me here.
- How I create a safe, supportive environment
- When we first begin working together, you can expect a space where you feel heard, respected, and never judged. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, so I take the time to get to know you, move at a pace that feels comfortable, and work collaboratively throughout the process.
- What I want to help members see in themselves
- I want you to see what I've seen again and again: people are far more resilient than they realize. Whatever you've been through, the weight you're carrying now is not the weight you'll carry forever. My job is to help you find that strength and move toward lasting healing.
- My message to you if you are struggling right now
- You're not alone, and healing is possible. You don't have to carry the weight of your experiences by yourself. With the right support, you can regain a sense of safety, confidence, and hope, and I'd be honored to be part of that journey.
